It has been a tradition by Groundspeak a.k.a. Geocaching HQ to produce a coin almost every year starting in 2005 that celebrates all of their employees (termed lackeys). Each coin features a pixel avatar for every lackey that was employed that year. As the company grew so did the coin as room was needed to accommodate more and more people.

This set features every edition of every lackey coin produced. While these coins are highly sought after by collectors they were all minted in substantial numbers making collecting a full set very achievable.
